SCORE will hold a variety of workshops throughout the 2008 year,

The workshops are usually held at the Executive Training Center are held in the Executive Training Center of the
of the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce building,
located at 930 Richland Street downtown Columbia (between Park and Lincoln Streets
-- directly west of the Strom Thurmond federal building).

at least a month prior to the workshop.

Attendees may park in the rear of the building in any Chamber of Commerce
or Chamber of Commerce visitor space at no charge.
Workshop registration/check-in is from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m., with the
workshops themselves running from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. unless noted otherwise.

Why you should protect your great ideas. The role of patents, trademarks and copyrights. Determining which of these protections is right for you. How to get a copyright, trademark, or patent. How to effectively use this protection in your business. Recourses available if your patent, etc. is infringed upon. Turning the protected idea into income and profits.
